"We held our Thanksmas event there with about 28 people attending (not all spent the weekend). It was phenomenal! The house is spacious enough that you never felt like you were crowded or underfoot of another. All of the separate spaces-loft for kids-main floor-basement recreation room & bedrooms worked out very well.When my husband and I discussed this possibility, we knew we wanted as many bedrooms with en suites as possible. This is it. I 100% recommend it. Sarah was great to work with & a pretty quick responder to all questions. I truly was anxious when the first snowstorm rolled into the state the day before most were heading to Northern MI, but they got there safely, and we had a lot of fun just being together. I had itineraries of things to do in the area, but we didn't really take advantage of any of them. We just spent time watching football, playing games, chatting, playing, laughing, and eating. It was a very good decision and money very well spent. If you are considering it, do it!!"

"We stayed for a girls get away weekend and had such a wonderful time. We loved how much charm and character the place had and felt very well loved. The location was also perfect, right out side of Harbor Springs and not too far from Petoskey where we could bounce between the two. Would definitely stay again! "

"Beautiful place to stay. Our room was very clean. Pool and hot tub was clean and warm. Very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous. Great coffee hot food . All the staff was very accommodating and friendly."

"The house was comfortable and had everything we needed plus some. There were even bundles of wood left there for us to have a fire at night. There was an issue with the internet but the owner came right away and took care lf it and was accommodating which i appreciated!!"

"The room an landscaping was beautiful. The dining room an entry was gorgeous. The one thing i noticed right away was the exterior of the buildings in places needed painting, it really takes the beauty of it down."

"Definitely had pet friendly elements which were not used or needed by us since we didn't bring a pet along for our trip. The house was impressive and had a welcoming vibe. Cabin style/rustic quality which truly reiterated the overall theme that we enjoyed of feeling "off the grid" and able to be in-sync with the surrounding nature. We did NOT ski, but I'm sure this would've been a great location had that been the purpose for our trip. We instead came for a birthday retreat to the Tunnel of Trees. The consideration that was shown by our hosts was highly appreciated and felt as tho they "pulled out all of the stops" to insure that we were comfortable and cared for. Huge appreciation from me to you for the birthday inspired trinkets and adds that y'all provided. Rest assured that my lady was appreciative of your attention to detail as much as I was. "
