"Older hotel. BUT… very clean! Staff are friendly and professional. If I may suggest… please put a trash can in the room ( only recycle bin is found in the bedroom). The only trash can is in the bathroom. We will consider this hotel again if we are in the area."

"This condo had an unbelievable view in a wonderful location! We could quickly walk down to the beach and were a five minute drive into the Lantern District for dining. A few things that detracted from our stay: there wasn't much storage space, as the closets and many drawers in the bathrooms were filled with personal items. The biggest detractor, which was of no fault of the hosts, was that the guests staying above us were very noisy. We had a difficult time falling asleep as there was all kinds of loud noise coming from the upstairs unit. If you are light sleepers, this may be an issue for you. The unit is pretty small and best for a couple or small family. The hosts were very responsive, and the unit was cool without a the need for air conditioning. "

"We had a lovely, relaxing time in this amazing Spanish revival historic home. The second floor one bedroom floor is large and rich in character, with multuple balconies including a cozy main balcony with distant ocean views. We enjoyed a perfect weekend retreat within close walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Truly special!"
