"Upon entering Room 238, I immediately discovered feces on the bathroom floor. The room was also generally dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. I took photographs of the condition and left the room immediately, as I did not feel it was sanitary or appropriate to occupy."

"The roof top was not appropriate, loud rap Music, with exotic dancing! Pre-paid for parking and there were no parking spots available."

"We were only staying a few hours to get some rest before our flight. We checked in late and the room was hot upon arrival. We left to grab something to eat to allow the room to cool down. Came back, temperature didn't change and only got hotter as the night went on. Woke up showered and went down to the lobby to get on the shuttle to the airport. The lady operating the shuttle was lazy and rude. I pretty much loaded everyone's luggage and then she got upset with me because I wasn't loading it...

"Breakfast was always hot and fresh every morning. Staff was very helpful in answering our questions and supplying our needs. Housekeeping doesn't just change out the towels and take out the trash, they clean the room thoroughly!"
