Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other restaurants were disappointing. Although the hotel advertises nine restaurants, only two additional restaurants were open on any given day during our stay, which was frustrating given the variety promised. We also found the food in these restaurants to be poor and not up to the standard we expected. Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly the spacious rooms, the variety at the main buffet, and the casual food and coffee options. However, the limited availability and quality of the other restaurants let the experience down. With better restaurant food, more consistent opening times, and a little more attention to maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience."

"Waiting too long for coffee at the table wish you had self-service coffee the food was great the staff was wonderful one suggestion would it be possible to have a scale to weigh your suitcase somewhere in the vicinity? The beach across the street was the best so convenient."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. Food & service was good just monotonous but for sure wasn’t going to go hungry. Things that we didn’t get involved in was the swim up bar it was always crowded and way too loud for us old people. We’re not 25 anymore so we did enjoy the beach area and the quieter pools. If you come to party I say this is where you should go. Next time we’ll be staying at another resort just because we’re not looking to party."

"The property was clean and maintained. They had a very small area where they were fixing a villa 11. My thoughts is most likely damaged from Melissa. But it honestly never disturbed us or our plans. The construction workers were extremely kind and always said hi or good morning when we would walk by. The staff at this resort is amazing. We’ve been to a lot of all inclusive. But this one felt so welcoming and inviting. Everyone of their staff was kind and friendly. Even the landscapers. It was really refreshing. There was always some one asking if you needed anything or how your stay was going. We really enjoyed our stay."

"SATP is such a home away from home for us! Beautiful gardens, birds, the beach and THE BEST TEAM! Everyone is just wonderful. The rooms are quaint and comfortable and the food is outstanding. We will be going back again for a third stay next year."

"Our room was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing! My butlers, Okeen and Nicholas, were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always on top of everything. They made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The bartenders were also fantastic and very personable. Carrieanne was so much fun and made some amazing drinks! Everyone we encountered helped make our stay special. This was absolutely the best vacation I’ve ever had! The exceptional service, welcoming atmosphere, and amazing staff made the entire experience unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make our vacation so incredible. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️"

"We had a wonderful stay overall, but I want to provide balanced feedback regarding a specific incident after checkout. First, the positives: Our stay was made truly memorable by two exceptional staff members, Devaughn and Jermaine (From Prime) . They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They are a credit to your team. However, we encountered a significant issue after checking out. We were given a dining pass so we could enjoy a meal before departing. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, we were told by the hostess that we could not be seated because our armbands had been removed. We explained we had just checked out and showed her the pass, but she insisted she was following instructions from her manager. Fortunately, a more knowledgeable hostess saw what was happening and intervened, resolving the situation. While we were grateful for her help, the initial interaction was frustrating and unnecessary. Suggestion for Management: Please ensure all frontline staff are adequately trained on policies regarding guests who have checked out but have valid dining passes. A little training would have saved us 15 minutes and a lot of confusion. Despite this hiccup, the service from Devaughn and Jermaine ensures we would consider returning. Thank you."
