"No coffee in the lobby or sometimes during breakfast. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the bar was out of several kinds of bear and seltzer drinks. We checked out on the following Tuesday, and nothing had changed. Room was ok, it was dusty and the shower floor could have been a little cleaner. Maintenance is terrible. the mirror was hanging off the wall, instead of painting the entire door it was spot painted and the color didn't match, the mirror in the bathroom was also not fully attached to the wall. The hallways smelled and so did the elevators, My question to you is do the people that book directly through you and not a third party get better rooms? Because I don't understand how you can call yourself a 4-star hotel, The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful."
