"Clean, beautiful surroundings! Excellent staff and breakfast!"

"The cleaner did a ok job, I would suggest wiping the walls down as well I would highly suggest taking out the paper towels and adding a broom or some swiffers . I have never been to any rental where a broom/vaccum wasnt available. The logic should be if people want dry hands they can buy paper towels. But a broom is a necessity to keeping the apt clean. Especiall6 of its pet/kid friemdly no one wants to buy a broom on vacation. "

"The property was clean, and well located for metro. The beds were comfortable, the lights next to bed were innovative. Needs more plates for food, there wasn't one comfortable seat in the place."

"We’re seasoned travelers and VRBO customers! Nice apartment in fair-sketchy DC area. Booked 4 nights for Thanksgiving, night #2, awakened at 3:45am with a family standing in apartment! A duplicate reservation with code to building and apartment issued! Called VRBO and owner (Mary Stays-Siem) agrees to $350 refund (two nights) with VRBO recording call. However, one month later we’re still waiting for refund from Mary Stays and/or VRBO! Buyer Beware!"
