Très mauvaise expérience

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en nous basant sur les commentaires des autres usagers. Quelle erreur ! Il s'agit de notre pire expérience lors de nos 2 semaines au Vietnam. Hôtel mal fini, personnel très désagréable, qui regarde des vidéos YouTube à l'accueil mais surtout prend les touristes pour des idiots (on nous a servi des pancakes qui n'étaient pas frais...) Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été volés de plus de 100$... Seul avantage : la localisation de l'hôtel, à deux pas du bus direct depuis l'aéroport. On trouve cependant bien meilleur rapport qualité prix à Hanoi.

Небольшой очень уютный отель

Отель брали на одну ночь, для отдыха перед поездкой в бухту Халонг. Чудесное соотношение цена- качество. Великолепный завтрак. Отель небольшой, но уютный, есть всё необходимое. Совсем рядом остановка 86 автобуса- это экспресс в (из) аэропорта. Ходит каждые полчаса. Если интересуют достопримечательности Ханоя, то они все тоже недалеко, ведь это Старый город. Но вывеска отеля незаметная- я бы посоветовала сделать её ярче, чтоб легче было увидеть и найти Отель в чреде однотипных зданий по улице. Персонал неимоверно дружелюбный.

쥑원 매우 친졀하고 시냬와 가꺄워셔 죻았지만 욕쉴에 깜뺙하고 묙결이를 걸워듀고 놔왔는데 그 뒤로 챶을 슈 없었슙니다... 쥑원에게 얘기했쥐만 쳥쇼할 때 못봤댜는 답변만... 걊나가는 뮬건 쟐 췡기세요!!

Small and friendly

Small, friendly hotel in a great location to explore the old quarter. Staff superb, room compact but we'll layed out with all you need. Bathroom probably the best we had in all out time in Vietnam. Good sized TV, great WiFi, fridge, kettle and both water and tea/coffee replenished daily. Amazing choice for breakfast with both hot and cold options. Would definitely return.

Great hotel near the lake and night market. the staff are excellent! The hotel is a bit dated and smaller than it looks, but overall the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

아침식사시간 보다 좀 일찍 체크아웃을 해야했는데, 식사를 평소보다 10분 일찍 준비해서 먹고 나갈 수 있게 배려해주었을 만큼 직원들이 친절했고, 방이 깨끗했고 여직원의 영어 실력도 좋았어요. 2층에 머물렀는데, 엘리베이터는 없었어요. 대로쪽으로 난 방이어서 전망도 시원했고, 베란다가 있어 흡연 등이 가능한 구조입니다. 구시가의 변두리같지만 조금만 걸어가면, 바로 호안끼엠호수와 맥주거리 등 구시가 중심에 닿을 수 있을만큼 위치는 좋습니다.

I was moved by the careful consideration of all the employees. Breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy it with plenty of time from 6:30 to 10:00. The hotel's location is satisfactory because it is not far from Main Street and is quiet. It was a great accommodation.^^
