"Staff were great they take good care of me. The hotel kept my luggages during my day trip and provide me with shower. I had issue with the safe and hot water in my room and they send somebody right away to fix the problem. Breakfast has a great selection and great fruit. The hotel location is right in old quarter and close enough to bus drop off or pick up. Because of the new regulations the bigger bus can’t enter old quarter during morning and night peak hours. I will recommend this hotel"

"The Hotel is of an excellent standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The day spa and onsen are one of the best in Hanoi and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds, plenty of space and good feng shui. I especially like the rooftop dining where a buffet breakfast of local and international cuisines are served. The view of old quater is dreamy abd if youre there at the right time you can hear, then see the trains come through. I would highly reccomend this hotel."

"The hotel staff were welcoming and supportive. They were friendly and helpful throughout my staff no matter the time of day. I really enjoyed my room and amenities. The only draw back was a leak in g my bathroom that lasted 2.5 days to get it fixed right. Despite that I would stay there again the location was central and easy to visit local tourist sites."

"Great hotel in a great location. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They accepted a package on my behalf before our arrival and gave it to me right when we arrived. Zero complaints. Would stay here again. Thank you!"
