"The room was very hot, 82 degrees Fahrenheit. It took me forever to switch it from heat to cool, only to find out later that no matter what I selected, there was only hot air coming from the vents. I called the front desk and was informed that there was no cooling available in the winter time and setting the temperature did not work either. "The staff was great. The hotel is lovely. I really like the rooms. Very comfortable. Most of all, I love the gym and swimming pool. The pool is very large. The gym is equipped with more than everything I need for a good workout. This hotel will always be my first choice when I'm in Shenyang."
