We booked a room last minute. We had a room with two beds. The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The bathroom room was a little small and the shower was small. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Great location.

I'd recommend this hotel to who is looking to stay in Hampton Beach. It is right on the strip. Walk out the door and your in all the action. Beach is right across the road. Loved the patio overlooking the strip and ocean.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff that goes above and beyond, they offer coupons for dining and serve a continental breakfast. Includes parking, which is huge. The decks are huge with comfortable chairs. The pool is warm and clean in a quiet peaceful area. And it’s conveniently located right in the heart of everything.

Pelham Motel was the best!!! We will be going back soon. We loved everything . The staff ,the owners. So friendly . The room was so clean the building so clean the pool beautiful! Definitely going back real soon. We already booked for next year for my birthday . We will be going there every year from now on.. coffee they have the best coffee ,breakfast was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. It is the best place we stayed in a long time. I love how family oriented they are. Anyway I could go on and on. I loved it at the Pelham motel, I felt so at home there. Everything is perfect! I didn't want to leave. We will be going back soon.. we loved loved it there. Always our go to place from now on.. Leslie.

Overall: Great location and enjoyed beach, but not a comfortable stay and would not recommend it. Needs fixing up. The Good * Girl at desk was very helpful and walked us to the room. * Location: Walk across the street to the beach. * Large room (ADA, room) * Parking included (a block away). The Bad * Very expensive, however we did book late. * No washer and dryer available, which for a beach place is bad. We hung dry and used hair dryer (didn't work well). Most people were hanging things off of balcony. * Breakfast, was mostly donuts (stale), muffins (OK), yogurt, and unhealthy cereal. * Wide slat blinds only, so bright early and woke us up at dawn. The Ugly * Toilet seat looked dirty, but just needed replacement. * Super rusty doorstop in bathroom, needs replacement. * Sloppy silver duct taping on white AC.

Beautiful beach view from the rooftop deck. Please remember that this place opened in 1890. It is pretty nice but not as modern as recent builds. It is a beautiful retro hotel. No elevator and steep steps to rooms. Pool and location across from beach are perfect for families and nostalgia seekers like me.
