The check in at the front door was glitchy. Had to attempt several times before we could enter. The place was very nice and the view from the balcony spectacular. We watched the sunrise every morning. I loved walking on the beach in front of the condo.

Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating.

Beautiful views. Condo is right across the road from the beach, this made it very easy to enjoy the beach with my young children. We had a blast!

Nice place for 2

Clean and pleasant. My husband & I slept comfortably however our teenagers would not recommend the sleeper sofa for comfort. Great communication. Would stay again!

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

The property was very clean and was just as pictured. We had never stayed on this side of Hampton before (away from the bars/restaurants & shops) but it was a great experience . The beach was a few steps away from the front door of the property and it was less crowded than the Southern end of Ocean Blvd so it was relaxing. We would definitely pick this property again for future trips. Sarah

Wonderful place

The room , the host, and location was terrific. One glitch is that there is about an 8-9 inch step down going to the balcony that is not marked with any signage.I fell going out into a chair that was stored there marked with any warning signage,,

Absolute gem!

I had a weekend getaway in Hampton Beach, and booked this condo based on pictures and reviews. It did not disappoint! It was exactly as pictured, and extremely clean, spacious, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable! The view is simply magical. It was freezing outside, but the heater worked great and I stayed toasty and warm with the ocean view to enjoy. The condo was supplied with everything I could have needed. Wendy was a great communicator and very accommodating. I will definitely be back soon!

This is by far the best location in Hampton. Direct oceanfront views with private balcony. Far enough from all the hustle and bustle provides generous quiet time. Close enough to go grab food in less than 10 mins. Beautiful sunrise views. Unit itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Little beach getaway

It’s a beautiful spot even though it rained most of our time there :) we still made the best of it! Nothing like waking up to the ocean! It was the perfect space for us and we had a great time!

This was a great location- close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away. The view was wonderful. Watched the sunrise from the balcony. Could hear traffic when sitting outside. Walking to the beach takes like a minute. The inside is more appealing than the outside. Very pleased.

Great View for 2

I chose 4 stars as the internet was poor (which made for streaming movies near impossible). We were fortunate to have exceptional weather, but in the fall we weren’t sure what to expect and had it rained this would have made us much more frustrated. Also traveling in October most of the stores and eating options on the main strip in Hampton beach are closed so something to be aware of. The listing doesn’t really mention that anywhere. However we found other great options in the area, but just not walkable.

Expectations EXCEEDED and then some!!! The unit was so beautifully decorated, had all of the necessary appliances and beach equipment needed to make our stay just perfect! Safe and comfortable

Amazing! What a morning view!!!

I loved the location, the property. Had snacks set out, stuff for coffee in the morning. I couldn’t speak highly enough about this place. Everything about this place was amazing, so cozy! I’m definitely going to continue to book here.
