"Front desk staff members were very nice and helpful. Though the location was under construction, it didn't interfere with my stay there. I think with the recent change of ownership/name and the construction, there is some confusion about what amenities were available or not but it was still a good place to stay for me personally."

"The property that was advertised on here was not what the hotel is. The place has live in residents, boarded up windows, dirty floors and bed bug. Please update this option for your travelers and take this down for option for People to stay in Gradn Rapids."

"The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night."
