Would give it a 5 if there was a kettle for our brews (we are Brits and need tea!) and there was a way to cool the bedrooms down during the hot weather spell. "

"Our stay in Campbell was wonderful. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants while enjoying the neighborhood feel of the location. We loved having the kitchen so that we could also cook when we tired of restaurant food. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the twin beds in the smaller bedroom seemed to be a little shorter than standard twins. As noted in other reviews, the ac is very loud, but we had cool weather so we did not use it. "
