Staff always does a Great Job and after a Horrific Hotel stay across the River we were so Grateful to be back at the Courtyard with a Professional and Happy Staff. 2x the hotel had no access due to events. The hotel never advised or notified that all street would be shut down surrounding the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, coffee want complimentary. And when asked for a nice room, we were given a pleasant view of the roof AC units. Next time I’ll search for another hotel.
