"We always enjoy our stay at the Barrington every time we visit Halifax. This time I booked a smaller room. My only complaint would be that the washroom counter wasn’t cleaned (soapy water residue) well but wasn't a big issue."

"Four of us stayed here for a couple of nights and it was perfect. Granted the rooms are a little dated but everything was clean, everything worked and the beds were comfortable. They also provided breakfast which was plentiful. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were all very courteous ..."
