"The owners went out of their way to provide any service they can to make the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond by doing some laundry then refused any payment. I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. "I’ve been staying at Park Hotel since 2007. It’s a nice, cozy place, with excellent value for the money. Very quiet for being situated in the middle of the city. Nice surrounding park. Free private parking. It’s been constantly upgraded, but not really up to date. Breakfast is not included, it’s pricey and lacking. The restaurant menu is surprisingly poor. "

When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,...
