" Eine rundum schöne FerienwohnungWir waren vom 04. bis 07.08.2026 in der Ferienwohnung zu Gast und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Küche und Bad sind vollständig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gab für uns überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgeber, Herrn und Frau Sternke. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm: Der Rügendamm und die historische Altstadt von Stralsund sind gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und ein Supermarkt befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder in Stralsund sind, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!Vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Sternke für die schöne Zeit! "

"Das FH ist groß und die Lage super. Der Bus fährt pünktlich, man ist in 10 min in der Stadt. Das FH war sehr angenehm und sehr sauber . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen, wo es geht. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Echt toll."

"Einfach schön der Blick auf die See, die Stille, das Singen der Amseln und das Rufen des Kuckucks. Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie dort. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge nach Sassnitz, Zingst, Barth und den Kreidefelsen auf Rügen. Das Einchecken hat gut geklappt, die Kommunikation mit dem "Hausmeister" war sehr nett. Die Malerin, die in dem kleinen Häuschen ihr Atelier hat, haben wir auch kennen gelernt. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub, zumal das Wetter noch mit spielte.Wir hätten gerne 5 Sterne gegeben; leider müssen wir uns was die Sauberkeit anschließen. Es war alles okay, nur in der Küche waren alle Glasbehälter, die außerhalb standen, sowie die Gläser im Schrank total verfettet. Es hat und gestört und wir haben Abhilfe geschaffen, indem wir alles nach und nach in die Spülmaschine gesteckt haben. Was die hinterbliebenen Lebensmittel der Vormieter betraf, haben wir alles was das Ablaufdatum überschritten hat, entsorgt. Danach war alles perfekt. Wir verbringen unsere Urlaube seit 48 Jahren in Ferienwohnungen. Nie war alles perfekt. Damit muss man rechnen. Einfach selbst kurz Hand anlegen und sich wohl fühlen. Es wird nie so wie zuhause sein. Wer das möchte, soll seinen Urlaub daheim in seiner perfekten Wohnung verbringen.Tipp an den Vermieter: evtl. den Kohlefilter zu wechseln bzw. den Filter der Dunstabzugshaube zu reinigen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub."

"A nice place to stay: nice rooms and a super breakfast, but unless you are prepared to pay £70/night to park your car in their underground parking you could have quite a walk back to the hotel (like we did). We hit it lucky, though, because even though we had quite a walk we only had to pay for an hour’s parking as it was 3pm Friday afternoon and after four it’s free until Monday morning. The other disappointment was the horrific stains on the carpets in some of the corridors. The carpets really do need replacing. Apart from that, great."
