"After staying at a trashy place in a different town, I left there a day early and came to this hotel instead. For the same price per night for both hotels this was so much better. Clean lobby, clear signs to amenity locations and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The linens were great. I loved that the beds were made up with more summery linens instead of the thick heavy duvets I see in so m at other hotels. It was 100+ degrees and I didn’t want to be hot trying to sleep. My only complaint is that the door to our room did not latch when shut or let to shut on its own. It would look latched but was not. I had to let the door close then give it a little push or pull depending whether I was in the room or the hall to get it to latch completely. As I woman traveler I didn’t care to need that extra effort in a hotel that otherwise would have been 5 stars. Breakfast was amazing: real eggs, pancakes, sausage, a waffle station, toast and fruit. The coffee station had enough coffee to spare and never seemed to run out. I would definitely stay here again should my travels bring me back to Orlando."

"The dishwasher did not work and it took three days of our trip to get it replaced. There were only 12 forks in the kitchen and the pots/pans were Teflon and so pitted we had to buy a large pot ourselves. Customer service had some forks delivered and two small frying pans and one medium pot, however, the house says it will fit over 20 people and we had 17 - very difficult to cook in the kitchen which was woefully under-provisioned. The upstairs fan had to be repaired as well. However, the space itself and the pool area were great. The resort facility was really good and we did spend a lot of time at the resort pools and the Aqua bar was fun with really good food and the service at the resort pools was outstanding. We had a great time, but they really need to check the unit for working appliances and the kitchen. They only supply a few “starter” provisions so we bought everything and luckily one of our guests had their own car and took the provisions home. I have rented many VRBO units and have never had a kitchen set up like this. Most homes are set up for cooking and eating together as a group. For this price, I would expect working appliances and kitchenware."
