"The property is in a good location, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The bathroom smelled heavy Uribe that’s hasn’t been properly cleaned at all! The odor was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even use the bathroom comfortably. It was so bad that we had to call housekeeping at 1:00 a.m. to deal with the smell. Unfortunately, it completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they fix the terrible odor problem."

"I can only give the stay an moderate to ok rating, as some experiences weren't the best. Firstly the checkin was a bit confusing and caused some stress. The ad description said that someone at the front desk would be there to greet us upon check-in, but leading up to the arrival date i received messages in chinese to add them in Wechat to communicate for more detailed instructions. I did this on but received no reply leading up to the date. So we arrived hoping that there would be someone there...

"No smile at all in this hotel. Except the gentleman helped us to check in on the very first night! At 1am😊. Surprisingly, Breakfast was very poor & terrible. Stayed just for 2 days & can’t tolerated the poorly breakfast. No air conditioning outside the room. Although, the location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the shopping street & 15-20’ walk to the bund or Yu garden. It’s not cheap hotel compares to many others surrounding within the area."
