▪️ We use ChargeAutomation to provide a secure guest portal that can be shared with your group and offers an additional layer of booking verification. The portal link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
▪️ We hold a security deposit during your stay. It will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
▪️ Please review the House Rules section before arrival.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are on the property. Two exterior security cameras monitor the parking lot. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment or in any private guest areas.
▪️ Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no additional charge when scheduling permits. Requests must be communicated and approved in advance.
▪️ Full cleaning, including personal laundry service, is available upon request for $100.
▪️ There is no in-unit washer or dryer available for guest use.
▪️ This is a 550-square-foot apartment located on the second floor.
▪️ The apartment includes two balconies, one accessed from the bedroom and one accessed from the living area.
▪️ This unit does not have a private hot tub.
▪️ The kitchen does not include a dishwasher or electric kettle.
▪️ A Pack 'n Play is available upon request with at least one day's advance notice.
▪️ One complimentary on-site parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must not use reserved spaces.
▪️ Street parking is permitted, but vehicles must not be parked along the curved portion of the cul-de-sac.
▪️ Garbage and recycling bins are located in the yard and are clearly marked.
▪️ Reservations are limited to 30 days. Longer stays may require multiple separate bookings.
▪️ A washer is available in the building for an additional fee.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Only registered guests (including visiting) included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within 10 yards of the building. Cannabis must not be smoked anywhere on the property.
▪️ Parties and events may only be permitted with prior host approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not cause any disturbances. Do not park on parking spaces marked or designated as reserved. Do not park along the curved portion of the cul-de-sac.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
