"Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und das verdanke ich zu einem großen Teil dem exzellenten Service von Frau Anabelle. Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
