"Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Breakfast was amazing. Well worth the money for the quality. Location was pretty good. Grounds were very pretty and the outside gazebo area was very useful for the great got weather we have in June 2026. Our room had air con but I believe some don't have that from what our friend said. We stayed in one of the garden buildings. These are like mini apartments and you have to walk around to the back to get into the main building. This...

"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"

"Georgian House Hotel is a very old hotel. Important reminder, there IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Room #7 is high up and even with the window open and 2 fans, it was extremely hot. There was no breeze coming in the window. (It was nice of the staff to.have 2 fans available.) The sink is set wayvto low. When you use the toilet, your knees hit the wall. Also, the water pressure in the shower is VERY WEAK. They need to fix the water pressure. The staff was very kind and friendly."
