"This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!"

"The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside"

"We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. "Rose was a wonderful host and was very accommodating with our early check in need. She was very responsive and helpful. The home fit our group well, but the home needs some light maintenance--there were some broken knobs and drawers. We had also wished the basketball hoop had been functional. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
