"We received the warmest of welcomes upon arrival, thanks to Emirhan at Reception, who made us feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. Fatma, the Restaurant Manager, and Omer, our Restaurant Waiter, provided us with the highest level of hospitality throughout our stay. They were incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Their genuine warmth and care truly made our experience even more special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Nuri, the Caretaker and a retired traffic police officer, who took such wonderful care of the accommodation. Every time we saw him, he greeted us with the biggest smile and the warmest heart. His kindness and welcoming nature were truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Emirhan, Fatma, Omer, Nuri, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. It was the people who made this visit truly special, and we will remember their kindness and hospitality for a long time to come. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. We hope to return again in the future!"

"I solo travelled and stayed at the Rio Cappadocia hotel for 2 days and I have a great time. Çeçen was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and kind. He had the best deals for excursions and tours. Umar and Samet work reception as well and were great help, always available at any time to help book a taxi or if needed. Breakfast was delicious, coffee available 24/7, housekeeping was spotless and quick. WiFi was very good especially in lobby/terrace areas. The location of the hotel was great, a short walk to the market and restaurants. I would 10/10 stay again. Great staff, well maintained hotel, and excellent location."

"We had a wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel during our time in Cappadocia. The hotel has so much character and gives you the authentic cave-hotel experience that we were hoping for. The location was perfect for exploring Göreme, with shops, restaurants, and so much to see within walking distance. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and Cappadocia itself was absolutely unforgettable. From waking up to the balloons to exploring the incredible landscapes, this was such a special part of our trip. One thing to be aware of if you have allergies: there are cats around the property and throughout Göreme. They are adorable and very friendly, but I am highly allergic, so this was difficult for me personally. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and will always have beautiful memories of our stay in Cappadocia. ❤️🇹🇷🎈"
