"We had a very good stay overall. The property is clean, spacious, and well-suited for a large group. Having exclusive use of the house was a major plus and made the experience very comfortable for everyone. The two on-site managers were especially helpful and friendly, which we really appreciated. It would have been helpful to receive a confirmation a day or two prior to arrival, even though check in was easy as it is done at the motel reception.A couple of points to be aware of are that the house is located on the grounds of the White Rose Motel, and therefore the swimming pool is shared. Also the kitchen area is large and includes a big table, which is great for gathering, but it is not well equipped for cooking. There was only one frying pan, no pots, and very limited utensils—no spatulas, bowls, corkscrew, or kitchen towels/paper. The host did provide a toaster for breakfast upon request, which was helpful, but overall the kitchen setup is basic.In summary, this is a great option for groups looking for a clean, spacious place to stay in the heart of downtown especially if you do not plan to cook extensively."
