"I would stay again. Hotel is clean and close to subway & walkable to IKEA and Costco. There is a nice underground shopping center under hotel which we found on our last day (was not advertised by hotel). There is a food strip area adjacent to hotel but all signage in Korean."

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "
