"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues."

"Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay.
