"Front desk staff are superb. Beds and room were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel location for uber/taxi was a bit awkward but manageable. Stationary bike in gym was broken."

"I never write reviews, but this hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed world wide! In a busy city of Myeongdong, it provided such a calm, tranquil atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and sweet. I don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and upgraded. It is no surprise that JAL has their crew stay at this hotel. It is located in area with plenty of food options. Our next stay in Seoul would be at this hotel!"

"they do offer breakfast with many options , in Gangnam it is very worth and washer with dryer ( pay option) but still , location is good , staff 24 hours , very helpful , detail"

"The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere."
