"You cannot get dropped off by taxi in front of the hanok. You will have to take your suitcases down a couple alleys. The front door is an electric lock, the the individual rooms have a three number passcode on the outside and the "lock" for the inside is a spoon and door handle. Would work fine if it was group using all three rooms, but wouldn't recomend unless your prepped with extra security. Was very clean. Small fridge and sink which was nice. "Good location. Good clean room but no mirrors in the bedroom. (We had a two bedroom suite). Great bathroom. Breakfast good. Good coffee. Staff at reception welcoming. Staff in breakfast not so friendly/welcoming or even say hello. You can wait a while for the lifts in peak time. You have to pay for luggage storage!"

"The location is unbeatable - just steps from the subway, close to major tourist attractions in Myeongdong, and right next to a huge department store. The staff are incredibly accommodating, genuinely welcoming, and speak excellent English, making every interaction effortless and pleasant. Our room in the Executive Tower was in excellent condition and our city view was amazing. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that truly lives up to the VIP Access expectations. From the outstanding service to the fantastic location, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Hotel itself ideally located for most things, but even in deluxe room furniture pretty basic, but beds comfy. Breakfast was OK but no Black/Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey or fruit teas, Coffee from machine was lukewarm but if you ask for hot milk they will bring it. After a long day site-seeing was disappointed to find that there nowhere to get a drink in evening, small lounge on 17th floor but only sold spirits. oh for a glass of wine. Most of the staff had reasonable English, whereas I had no Korean, and were very helpful."

"Takes 45 min straight from Incheon Airport to Holiday Inn Express via ARAX. The hotel is conveniently located just above exit 5 of Hongik station. Plenty of amenities locally- lots of young students so buzzing until late night. However extremely safe and haven’t had any problems with anyone. Everyone is courteous and polite. Extremely rule-abiding people and expect the same from visitors too!! Our room on 13 th floor— small but compact for 2; Little disappointed about lack of wardrobes but actually didn’t matter. Clean bathrooms and toilets; warm water available all day. The rooms were actually cleaned and linen/towels changed daily, though we didn’t request them. Its a bit further away from the city centre (40-45 min) by Tube so if you are attending conferences like we did in COEX then may not be the best location. Breakfast was included and reasonably plenty of options that my 22 year old son tried and loved. Washing and dryer on the 16th floor and easy to use via cards. Overall a good experience and value for money!!"
