"Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"

"I would never stay at this property again. It does not match its 9.2 rating at all. The apartment is very outdated, with peeling paint and old finishes. There is air conditioning only in the bedroom, while the living room and kitchen have no air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable. Another issue was that the windows have only metal shutters instead of regular windows, which made us feel uncomfortable and did not match our expectations based on the listing. "Not the expected settings, entrance is through the bathroom. Good for a 1 person night over stay. Communication through a mediator third party page was complicated but the manager or property supervisor was very easy. Easy access to the metropolitan area but also heavy traffic. Be aware, this location does not provide any toiletries so bring all hygiene necessities including bathroom tissues."

"My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all."
