"Excellent place to stay for short trip in Adelaide. The host is always quick response to message. Very helpful. Did not have to purchase anything extra before visit not even laundry detergent or creamer for coffee. Since it is near by airport, you may hear jets flying over head in the morning but manageable noise. Security gate is another positive point make us feel safer during the stay. "

"To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient. Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins...

"Great location, clean room, easy process. Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in. Thank you. Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. "
