"The property is very nice. But I have never come across a place which doesn’t give you beach/ pool towels. You have to purchase these. They also did not provide tea/coffee satches in the hotel room. You have to purchase these. Quite absurd. "

"They use AI images on here, the dinner hall looks nothing like that. Also the pool never had enough water in so it couldn’t wash away the bugs that land in the water, so it was very dirty. We got put in a family room away from the hotel which meant we had to cross the road via a little tunnel and hill, the room itself was okay but the door was broken on one of the toilets, and they didn’t come to clean our room.
