"Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!"

"The very first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby is the carpets need to be vacuumed? After check-in, I went directly to the elevator. Oh my God it was a mess inside. The walls have not been wiped down and I don't know how long. No dirt was vacuumed out of all the corners, the tracks of the door filthy. Once I got up to the second and third floor the car doors needed a good vacuuming. You can tell they have not been had a good cleaning in a while"

"Carpets in hallways were disgusting. Rooms were nothing like what was pictured online. Less than half a roll of already used toilet paper in bathroom. Tons of rotting garbage and what smelled of human feces by bushes where you park. Staff was super friendly though."
