"The room and bathroom were huge. The toiletries were nice and bottled water was provided. The staff was very polite and friendly. All in, a bargain."

"One day at the pool, they had no pool towels. But he said that they were not delivered to them and there was nothing they could do. The desk staff was extremely rude and just walked away. We complained about paying a resort fee and could not use the resort correctly. On the second day, they forgot to clean the room after being gone all day. They said all cleaning staff had left for today and gave us fresh towels and coffee. Would not stay there again."

"Property was clean and staff was friendly"
