"Hôtel fantôme , personne a l’accueil, pas de petit déjeuner disponible, juste un panneau à l’entrée avec des numéros de téléphone. On se retrouve à la porte ( fermée) en arrivant , en espérant que quelqu’un sorte pour pouvoir entrer ! Et là les clefs sont regroupés sur une table … Jamais vu quelqu’un ..."

"Nao ser explicado que a estadia nao inclui o spa e muito desagradavel. Outra coisa 8.00 da noite virem ao quarto pedir para as criancas nao fazerem barulho ,estavam a brincar tambem nao tem logica. Para isdo tem que colocar essas restricoes quando se faz uma reserva ."
