"After we booked, and paid for, a room the hotel sent us a message saying (in Spanish - which I was able to translate because of a basic knowledge of the language) that the hotel was closed because of water inundation. They followed up with a shorter message simply saying that the hotel was closed. So, we had to find another hotel at short notice. The hotel should not have been listed as available."

Slight miscommunication on check in that cost us an extra €20 which was unforeseen and a little annoying but we were happy to pay it. Service from staff was exceptional and the food served in the bar was delicious. TV didn’t work in the bedroom and a fan would have been welcome as it was hot when we stayed. "

"its a 1 star Hostal - so dont expect much and you will be pleasantly surprised. Aircon was good, Shower was a bit poor due to low water pressure but water was hot. Easy access and parking. Helpful guy at reception. Room was cleaned which we were not expecting. "
