"Very clean and well maintained property, run by very helpful staffs. We always stay here when we come to Tainan to visit families. The first night we were here one of the kid has motion sickness and the staff came to clean the room right away and was very accommodating. We really appreciate it. Their buffet breakfast also is great and has many variety to chopse from. The only thing is the hotel does not have an indoor pool and the kids play room and the gym is limited."

"Rooms and bathrooms are huge. Great breakfast selection of western, japanese and Indian food. Hotel carpets could use some care as they have gotten worn over time. Excellent location right next to train station, attached to a mall with restaurants, and there is an amazing bakery attached to the lobby."
