Apartment on three levels in downtown Guilvinec, private courtyard with table and barbecue.
The space is very quiet thanks to double glazed windows; however, the area is very lively due to the two weekly markets that take place under the windows, the petanque field nearby, and the rear port.
The apartment is located above a shop of craftsmen.
Near the shops, a few hundred meters from the port of the center of discovery of the marine environment "Haliotika", 1 km from the beach of the White Strike, and a few hundred meters from the rocks of Men Meur (entrance to the port)

Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement spacieux et très agréable. La propriétaire accepte les chiens ce qui est un plus indéniable. L'appartement est situé dans le centre du Guilvinec, mais l'environnement reste calme. Il est charmant et propre. Un petit bémol sur la literie qui pourrait être plus confortable mais le rapport qualité/prix est très correcte. Je recommande.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Gulvinec und in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Un très bon séjour avec une location charmante et très bien située en centre ville. Beaucoup de rangement, c'est très appréciable. Cour avec matériels pour barbecue fonctionnels, très agréable. Grand grenier pouvant servir de salle de jeux les jours de pluie, un vrai plus.

Everything works fine!

We booked the house on fewo-direkt. It worked fine except that some of the description was not translated correctly to German. It led to some misunderstanding with Sylvie but she managed it and we were super happy at the house. It was whether hers nor our fault. The house is clean, has everything you need and is at the excellent location. Don‘t miss to visit Sylvie‘s shop on the first floor.

Un excellent séjour au Guilvinec

Le logement est vaste, bien équipé et au cœur des activités du Guilvinec. Un excellent point de chute pour profiter des environs en voiture ou aller à pied ou en vélo vers les belles plages toutes proches.

Location complète et spacieuse

Location très spacieuse (les photos donnent l’impression que la cuisine et le salon sont étroits alors que ce n’est pas le cas) avec tout le nécessaire pour les enfants en bas age (bassine pour le bain, chaise haute, lit de voyage avec matelas de bonne épaisseur, couverts et assiette). Proche de tout (boulangerie, commerce, restaurant, marché 2 fois par semaine devant le bâtiment, etc.), balade dans le port ou en bordure de mer possible et à 5min en voiture de d’une plage avec un poste de secours. Nous relouerions sans hésitation.

GENIAL. Tout simplement.

Coup de coeur bien mérité. Cette location est tout simplement parfaite. En centre ville, mais au calme. Aller chercher ses croissants le matin, et revenir avant même que le café soit fini... Grande (5 chambres), pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. La salle de jeu à l'étage est un plus (appareils de sport, table de tennis de table, équipement audio ...) ainsi que tout le matériel pour les nouveaux nés. Très facile de séparer les adultes des enfants par exemple. La cour / terrasse extérieur, avec le BBQ, est tellement agréable et pratique. La Freebox delivre un Wifi rapide, et permet de regarder les chaines et applications sans problème. Mon seul reproche sera la présence d'un seul WC dans la salle de bain. Mais il y a 2 douches de disponible,donc il faut une minimun d'organisation et sa passe tout seul. Cela ne serait pas complet sans la réception de la propriétaire. 10/10. A l'écoute sans être envahissante, toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Allez y ! Garer votre voiture,et venez passer les vacances. En face de l'arrivée des bateaux, a 1 minute d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché, a 4 minutes d'une plage, a 5 minutes du centre ville ... On peut tout faire à pied. Balader vous à pied, louer des vélos (3 minutes), faite de la voile (15 minutes), embarquer sur un bateau de pêche (2 minutes), aller voir la criée (a 5h30 du matin, ca vaut le détour), dites coucou aux menhirs (20 minutes), visiter des plages différentes et calmes (10 mm à ...), faites de la rando (1h30 ...), prenez le bus jusqu'a la pointe de la torche pour voir les surfeurs, manger des crêpes (la creperie juste à coté est un régal) & des galettes, retrouver vous en famille, passer du temps en famille. Tout simplement, profiter de plaisirs simples et reposants. C'est l'endroit parfait pour ca !
