"We did not realise this hotel is a self check-in upon booking. This was not a problem though, and we were assisted by another guest who was familiar with the process. However, when we opted to pay for breakfast during the check-in process we were also charged for the accommodation again! This was confirmed when I enquired about it to a staff member who was on reception in the evening. This has reduced our travelling funds and is now a hassle to get refunded. "As always the hotel was great and the staff were so helpful. After travelling all day in 43 degree heat, the air conditioning was a godsend. We were too tired to go out to eat, so we chose some prepared food from the chiller cabinet and it was heated for us, I had a chilli which was tasty and filling in the comfort of aircon, with a cold beer. The staff were so helpful, and the room and bed very comfortable, one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had. Thanks to everyone. A bientôt."

"Cheerful helpful reception & bar staff. Plenty of tea & coffee to make in room, also bottle of water. Room clean & fresh, comfy bed, excellent hot powerful shower with ample body wash etc and towels. Being just off the A10 we use it as a halfway stop over on way to Calais, secure parking is a bonus."
