Cosy property with cool vintage aesthetics

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fun house to be in, the bottom floor unfortunately is separated from the top with no way to get between the two without getting wet if it is raining and the bottom floor curtain is very see through which is a bit concerning but otherwise it was good. The hammocks were a great spot to rest when it was sunny and the aircons kept it warm throughout the stay.

Large property not much parking space

We stay in Guilderton every year and we absolutely love it, as our family has grown over the years this was a fantastic large property and pet friendly "bonus" the only down fall was not much parking.

Fun weekender trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house for mums to take the teenagers away! The kids loved the games room & garden space for soccer. The upstairs/downstairs is quite separate if you’re renting both for a combined family experience but the older kids didn’t mind.

Moore River getaway

Property well equipped but in need of an update, stairs is a trip hazard and needs repairs. Parking and entry to property need to be addressed.

Great house for families or a group of adults.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for families or a group of adults. Walking distance to beach and other close attractions by car. Games room was fantastic for kids. Only issue with it was like a sauna during the day, as the aircon unit was not suitable for the size of room. Everything else in both floors was fantastic.

Fantastic Big Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the space of this property. The upstairs and downstairs worked a treat for 2 family with kids and elderly grandparents. The bedrooms were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, multiple living spaces and great outdoor space. The kids were thrilled with the games room!So many added value to the property like the bbq, pizza oven, laundry room. The only comment would be if the bathrooms could be updated and the projector working in the games room.

Exceptional

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 5 nights at Ocean Close and came away feeling so relaxed & refreshed. We took the 'kitchen sink' with us but didn't need it! The kitchen has everything you need and a very well-equipped laundry. The beds are very comfortable, the lounge area promotes relaxtion with comfy couches, huge TV screen, and wifi to watch all your favourite shows or movies. We spent a lot of time sitting on the veranda upstairs sipping on our wine & enjoying the sound of the beach. Our two dogs had a wonderful time having never been to the beach before! We will definitely rebook, and if anyone is looking to completely wind down, this is the place.
