"Nice property, very clean and secure. My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english...

"Apartment was not cleaned. I contacted the customer service to advise about the unacceptable conditions of discusting unclean floor.
They promised to clean next day, but didnt.
I am waiting for refund and compensation as they informed me. "

"O apartamento é completo, novo, limpo e confortavel. Foi uma grata surpresa. Faltaram apenas 2 coisas no imovel, cobertas e um espelho de corpo inteiro. De resto a hospedagem foi ótima. Localização muito boa, e rua aparentemente segura, podem alugar sem medo.
MAS precisa melhorar a comunicação com os hospedes, fiquei 20 min sozinha na rua as 22h pois meus dados n ão haviam sido enviados para a portaria (que inclusive acredito que seja o maior problema do local e só por isso não vou dar 5...

"Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days.
Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side.
They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !"
