OTIMO LUGAR

Tudo conforme descrito no apartamento, simples mas excelente! A ducha é perfeita!! O condomínio é perto de mercado, restaurante etc e está a cerca de 700 mt da areia, uma breve caminhada e vc tá na praia. Piscina, área de lazer com churrasqueira, tudo muito bom! Todos os colaboradores do condomínio são prestativos e educados, mais parece uma equipe de hotel!

Olá boa tarde gostamos muito do local , a pé é uns 8 minutos até a praia , perto do Carrefour , Extra , farmácia . A Laura é atenciosa e os porteiros também muito solícitos . O apartamento é bom .

2 semanas na praia da Enseada

O apartamento é espaçoso, confortável e tem tudo o que precisávamos, a cozinha é completa. O edifício é bem organizado e limpo, as áreas comuns são organizadas e os funcionários educados e prestativos. A localização é um pouco longe da praia pra se ir a pé, mas até aí tudo bem, fica perto de supermercado e alguns comércios. As ruas no entorno não parecem muito seguras principalmente pra se caminhar à noite, presença constante de muitos moradores de rua, e algum barulho na madrugada provocado por eles, como brigas e algazarras, por exemplo.

Boa localização e com piscina!

Imóvel bem localizado, porém, está situado na praia da Enseada e não em Pitangueiras como diz o anuncio. Está bem próximo à avenida principal (Av. Dom Pedro), com farmácia 24hrs, supermercado Extra, Mcdonalds, entre vários outros comércios. Ter ar condicionado nos dormitórios seria um diferencial, pois em dias de muito calor (estive no mês de janeiro), o apto fica muito abafado e devido ao terreno baldio em frente ao condomínio, entra muito bicho e não dá pra deixar janelas e porta da sacada abertas. Piscina excelente e muito bem cuidada. No geral a hospedagem foi boa, e a Renata foi muito prestativa.

Apartamento EXCELENTE!

Apartamento incrível, indico à todos! Além de muito bem localizado, onde encontram-se os supermercados Extra e Carrefour nas ruas paralelas, ao lado também do Mcdonalds, o apartamento é perfeito para quem não quer se preocupar em levar itens domésticos. Super aconchegante, com ventiladores de teto que conseguiram suprir o calor de quase 38°C e acomodou muito bem eu e meus amigos. Condomínio conta com uma bela piscina e um ótimo espaço para fazer aquele churrasco bacana. Eu e meus amigos aproveitamos MUITO e queremos voltar. Fomos no feriado de Carnaval e temos certeza que fizemos a melhor escolha.

Apartamento novo, limpo e totalmente de acordo com as fotos. Elogios à piscina e ao tratamento dos funcionários do prédio! Próximo à praia e ao lado de supermercados, farmácias e padarias; o que é ótimo para quem está com crianças. Ótimo atendimento por parte da Renata, que foi sempre cordial e gentil! Recomendo a estadia.
