"Very good,excellent property"

"Driving there was a wild ride. Definitely don’t do what I did and drive at night. But rental was clean and we really liked the room. No complains at all on that."

"The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated. One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. When I...

"El mejor local que visitado gracias mil"

"Host was Amazing. Very accommodating, I appreciate the hospitality. "

"Communication was good, the arrival process went well, and accessing the property was easy. However, upon arrival, I checked the place and found it wasn't sufficiently clean for guests. The coffee maker was dirty; in two of the three bedrooms, the bed sheets didn't smell fresh—only the master bedroom’s linens did. The curtains are in need of replacement, and the inside of the oven door was dirty. A property like this should be much cleaner, so that guests can arrive and immediately feel the...

"It was a nice little house. Neighborhood wasn't bad, no complaints, host was exceptional. Just recommend having the place a little more clean, and upgraded, but you pay for what you get. It was close to where we needed to be, so it was convenient."

"Everything makes us feel like home"

"Very responsive owner. Facility was great"

"We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

"This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...

"I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which contributed to a great night’s sleep. I would gladly...

"The unit was lovely, lots of light, in a great location, on the golf course, steps to the beach and pool. "
