"The breakfast was amazing and the staff incredibly helpful in helping us move around town. Bikes available for use and nice communal seating areas. Only real issue was lack of sir conditioning as it was pretty hot"

"Boas instalações, limpeza, localização boa para quem quer pescar e sossego. Para ir a praia (Ilha Comprida) tem que utilizar duas balsas (que só aceitam dinheiro e nós não sabíamos). Atendimento e alimentação excelentes. Recomendo!"

"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "

"Quarto muito confortável e limpo, comida boa, atendimento poderia ser melhor, às vezes não tinha ninguém para atender em algumas áreas do hotel. Instalações coletivas poderiam estar mais bem conservadas, aparentavam desgaste e falta de manutenção, a piscina coberta estava com água turva, aparentando estar suja, área de jogos com mesas de sinuca desgastadas e rasgadas. O restante muito bom, a área verde do hotel é muito bonita e tem várias atividades diferentes. "
