"My husband and I recently visited the city for a few days, and we were recommended to try out your hotel. We booked the Club Executive King room, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Queenie, who greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in to the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, we had to leave our luggage with Queenie because we wanted to try their famous Chinese cuisine when we arrived and she assured us that our luggage will be delivered and taken care of seamlessly.
