"The check in was difficult entrance where you turn in was backed up blocking the street cars honking with no direction from the employee upfront . I had to park in the parking lot next door which they charge me . I then walk to check in and the guy upfront was rude making sure to let me know there is no Valet and the parking lot I parked in has no affiliation it was my fault for parking there . The room and hallway had a strange smell and bed was hard as the floor . Overall I would rate it a 2 not terrible or great but I would not come back . Pictures can and are deceiving . "

"I had the delight of staying at Morales historical and colonial downtown core. The place is beyond beautiful. I had a great time meeting Shirin at the front desk, and she was sweet, professional and well spoken. The room is perfect with fine details, but the core of the experience is the staff that works there. From Suzy in housekeeping, to the concierge and the security staff. Every moment was sublime. Please come and enjoy this beautiful place when you are in Guadalajara."
