"This hotel is older with all of the 1940’s charm it was originally built with. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very clean. It would benefit from some updating in the rooms, but other than that, our stay was comfortable."

"La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, funcional. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien. La cocina bastante completa aunque casi no la usamos. La regadera muy a gusto. En la televisión había Netflix, YouTube y otras cosas. No le damos 5 estrellas porque: Es un poco desesperante llegar cansado y que no hay nadie para recibirte. Aunque contestaron pronto a nuestro mensaje whatsapp. Teléfono indispensable para check-in. Te piden fotos de identificación, te mandan un contrato, lo firmas digitalmente y finalmente te mandan clave para tu llave. Además, se extraña el contacto humano. El servicio. No hay servicio diario. Las camas se quedan igual. No rellenan la jarra de agua. No se cambian las toallas. Por lo demás, bien. También bien ubicado."

"Hotel Panamonte in Boquete was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were truly the highlight: warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their excellent service made the experience even more memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it."

"I cannot say enough good things about the property, staff and our experience in general. First of all the staff accommodated my late arrival with the greatest of ease and grace. We took advantage of the spa and had amazing treatments. The food in the restaurant was top class and the location amazing! Our bungalow was by the stream and it was truly idyllic! Can’t wait to stay there again when we return to beautiful Panama!"

"Safe place-24/7 Front Desk Plenty parking Very clean Quiet The best is the STAFF Cuisine could improve, then market restaurant. Restaurant is dark and drab. Change tablecloths to white or soft yellow. Make more attractive with simple live flower centerpieces and battery candles. Female servers in restaurant and bar need to be much more attentive. They only stop by the table to take and bring orders. They don’t check in betweens to check for your needs. It was hard to get their attention to pay the bill. These are reasons why the bar could be losing money. They serve drinks and never return to offer food or more drinks. Dramatic difference with hotel reception staff. Add more vases with live flowers in reception room too. I will return to hotel but avoid restaurant and bar."
