Located in a quiet area close to nature, this bungalow has a storeroom with washing machine, an entrance hall used as a wardrobe, two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), shower room with washbasin and shower cubicle, separate WC. The air-conditioned living room has a BZ sofa (sleeps 1), TV (French channels) and a low-ceilinged mezzanine with an extra bed for one person. The kitchen area is equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker, oven, extractor fan, traditional coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and small table.
The spacious terrace, accessible from the living room, has a large parasol, a table with garden chairs and two sun loungers. A staircase leads down to the garden and barbecue area.

An ideal base for exploring Gruissan and the surrounding area with friends or family, or for teleworking on the Côte du Midi!
