"Sehr netter und stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der darüber hinaus auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Apartment war sehr geräumig, jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sehr große und schöne Außenterrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken. Pool war groß genug zum Abkühlen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, umbautes Gelände mit Zugangskontrolle war sehr angenehm. Das Gelände ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen, auch die naheliegende Straße war nicht störend, da sie nicht sonderlich stark befahren zu sein...

"we enjoyed our stay here in Rovinj - the apartment has been updated and was spacious and clean . the location was great - in the old town , steps away from the market , restaurants and water . you definitely do not need a car from here. the manager was attentive and responsive . it is an old building and the stairs to get up to the property are very steep and narrow which could be an issue for some."
