"I’m sure the inside of the property was nice. But, when we arrived at the building, we decided not to get out of our car. The area did not look safe. The building looked rundown with broken windows, and AC units hanging out of them, the road itself was full of potholes and trash. The “gated parking lot” looked like a dump. We did not get a check-in confirmation until after out 4:00 check in time. We did not get pictures of the outside of the building until after we arrived also. We were...
